Our free service is open to everyone in the UK – you just need to be 18 or over.

What is my credit score and report?

Your credit score and report is information compiled by credit reference agencies, using details of your past and present borrowing history. Lenders use this to assess your eligibility for new credit.

Who are Equifax?

We’ve partnered with Equifax, one of the three UK credit reference agencies, to bring you your score and report, free. They work with banks, lenders, utility companies and mobile phone firms to create your report and score.

Why is CredAbility’s service free?

We’re on a mission to make everyone’s finances more accessible and understandable by giving them access to the info lenders use. Armed with this and our app’s ‘help’ features, members can work on improving their score to get cheaper or more suitable credit, set goals and take control of their finances.
